All products are handmade and may feature natural variations in colour, texture, or form. These variations are an inherent part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

We do not offer a warranty on purchased products. However, if an item is found to have a genuine fault, we will replace it accordingly.

Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged.

If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipping. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, a fee will be charged to cover processing and shipping costs.

Cyprus: A fixed shipping fee applies to all orders.
European Union: A fixed shipping fee applies to the first item, with an additional charge for each extra piece.
International: A fixed shipping fee applies to the first item, with an additional charge for each extra piece.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that customs processing times and charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.

Textiles

Sunlight Protection: Shield from prolonged direct sunlight exposure.

Cleaning Guidelines: Wipe with a white damp cloth using water only. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach. Steam cloth lightly using a domestic steamer or dry clean for delicate textiles.

Dusting Tips: Remove dust with a duster or domestic vacuum. Gently apply to the surface using a protected white cloth.

Yarn Maintenance: If the yarn is misplaced use a needle to adjust and gently move the threads. 

These steps will help maintain the longevity and appearance of your artwork.

Ceramic pieces are handcrafted and may feature natural variations in surface, glaze, and form. These characteristics are inherent to the making process and should be appreciated as part of the work. Wild clay ceramics and clayworks are produced using locally sourced, hand-processed clays. Due to the natural composition of the material, surfaces may be more porous and sensitive than industrial ceramics.

Care & Handling: Handle gently and avoid prolonged contact with liquids. These pieces are not suitable for dishwashers, microwaves, or food use.

Cleaning: Wipe carefully with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water, as prolonged moisture may alter the surface over time.

Environment: Natural clay responds to its surroundings. Avoid exposure to extreme humidity, direct heat sources, or freezing temperatures.

With mindful care, wild clay pieces will age gracefully, reflecting the material’s natural origins and the passage of time.
